NL Industries, Inc. Announces First Quarter Dividend
HOUSTON, Feb 5, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- NL Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter dividend of twenty cents per share on its common stock, payable March 26, 2003, to shareholders of record March 14, 2003.
